Beginner/Intermediate Yoga is designed for participants with some yoga experience looking to learn some Intermediate poses. Flow Yoga can be somewhat more vigorous and creates a balance between strengthening and stretching while linking your movements to your breath. ...adventure, travel, handstands, the ocean, vegetables, smell, touch, language, biology, anatomy, learning, teaching, surprises, laughing, surfing, snow, fire, wisdom, singing, tears, fears, courage, creatures, the piano, music, yoga, gratitude, guides, YOU.

Classes for everyone. Enjoy a progressive sequence of extended yoga classes, comprising dynamic vinyāsa, yin yoga, yoga nidra, mantra and more. For Drop In Yoga classes included in a Pulse membership please see. These Yoga classes are open to all.

The retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness, but be prepared to be challenged. Immerse yourself in the detail of workshops and trainings where we delve into detail and find new edges and new challenges for on and off the mat. Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for stretching. We will work in Krama (progressive stages). Live the life you imagined. We will connect them with the flow of breath and mindful awareness. Working in sequence to unlock and expand, we will explore arm balances, hip openers, backbends and twists to challenge your body to release, and then restore vitality, riding the wave of your breath as a way to surrender into postures and cultivating calmness of mind.
