It took a pandemic for it to really come to light. We offer a vast selection of apparel & shoes for men, women & children, along with handbags, jewelry, bed & bath products, cosmetics & quality home furnishings. Boscov’s Military Discount offers up to 15% off*, even during sales events. There were 4 pregnant women at the same time, all of them were treated like garbage. The pay is awful and management are a bunch of 2 faced liars who gossip about employees personal information. Incompetence and nepotism are promoted, toxicity from customers is rewarded (I was literally accused of being an "illegal"), the departments were regularly short-staffed and yet store managers expected employees to be able to run register and put backs, process stock, merchandise the floor, AND clean all during your shift. Off weekends and paid holidays if you are off. Then I had my knee replaced and because I had to come back on light duty they let me go.

Big turnover with the company.....can't keep nobody to stay. For 100 years, Boscov's has been the largest family-owned department store in the U.S. We offer our customers the Best Brands, the Best Prices and Incredible Service year-round. Unrealistic policies for conditions at the facility. Poor management, clicky management, discriminatory management. We want to help you find great companies.

I wouldn't even let my worst enemy work here. As a full travel management company, we can take you to almost any destination across the globe. They take the saying "the customer is always right" to a new level. Built people skills. Our team of Travel Advisors help thousands of clients each year explore almost every corner of the world. Could not get out of there fast enough. Very disrespectful people from management to floor workers. The rumor mill is the worst. The majority of my day consisted of assisting customers, stocking shelfs, checking people out, and running random errands for my department around the store. Very busy.
