I have gone to every location I have looked up, used the guide for finding all the songs, and nothing. Hey All, for people looking for the "Dark Steering" song on watch dogs, go to the pier in mad mile, and profile the people there.

Eventually you'll have a level 5 scan. The Global Motors Philandra is a limousine that appears in Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2. It really sucked waiting for such a long time to get the song, but I just put on a podcast to listen to and made sure I never gave up, even when I wanted to. The Philandra does not exceed, much like other budget vehicle suited, for anything other than safe travel.

The extreme drinking game is holding me back so much.
